I spied this video on YouTube capturing some striking views of Tokyo Sky Tree, the latest addition to the capital city's skyline. Designed as a younger and more robust replacement to the iconic Tokyo Tower (how could it ever be replaced),the new spire, when finally completed, will measure 634 meters. Serving essentially as a digital TV broadcasting antenna, the new tower boasts two observatories, stores, restaurants and more which you can see for yourself if you are willing to pay the approximately $30 (US) entrance fee. It all sounds great to me. I'm just wondering how they are going to get those three huge cranes down from the top of this engineering marvel once it's all finished.
